Generation takes about thirty seconds. Printing and framing takes one to two working days. Shipping to the EU is two to three days; UK is three to five; US and Australia are five to seven. We aim for five working days door-to-door anywhere in Europe.
You have a five-minute window after checkout — click "Cancel my order" on the thank-you page and we'll refund you in full automatically. After that, the print is committed. We can still help with damage, wrong orders, or likeness issues under our refund policy.
